Heymann meets The Munich Harmonists
With a captivating blend of musical brilliance, emotional depth, and masterful storytelling, the six members of The Munich Harmonists present their new program and album – a tribute to the great film composer Werner Richard Heymann. Heymann was one of the most successful film composers of the Weimar Republic. His works were particularly popular in the 1930s, including well-known film hits such as "Das gibt's nur einmal" (There's Only One), "Ein Freund, ein guter Freund" (A Friend, a Good Friend), and "Irgendwo auf der Welt" (Somewhere in the World). These made him the most frequently performed composer of his time.

The Munich Harmonists – six exceptional artists originally came together to retell the story of this unique ensemble, one could say the first German boy band, in the production "The Comedian Harmonists." It was there that the ensemble developed its distinctive sound and remarkable homogeneity.

Through their wit, musical sophistication and infectious energy, but also at times through their depth and melancholy, the six gentlemen in elegant tailcoats captivate and move their audience.
